Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-04-04 <br /> ; <br /> I <br /> NO ICE OF INTENDED INFLATIONARY ADJUSTMENT OF SYSTEMS <br /> DE LOPMENT CHARGES FOR LOCAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM, <br /> i ST RMWATER SYSTEM, AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. <br /> t <br /> i <br /> I <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NO ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to <br /> j amend porti ns of the Systems Development Charges by implementing a 5.0% inflationary increase <br /> to both the 1 cal wastewater system and transportation system, and a 4.3% inflationary increase to <br /> ~ ~ the stormwa er system, effective April 5, 2004, as set forth in Attachment 1 hereto. <br /> ~ The roposed inflationary adjustments are based onthe nationa120-city average Construction <br /> Cost Index published by the Engineering News-Record and are consistent with adopted policies <br /> of the City, uthorized by Section 7.710(5) of the Eugene Code, 1971, and are in conformity with <br /> applicable st to law. <br /> Pers ns desiring to comment on the proposed adjustments shall submit written comments <br /> ~ to the City E gineer, Public Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 <br /> days from th date of publication as indicated below. After the expiration of the comment period, <br /> the City M ager will consider the comments received, and adopt the increases as proposed, or as <br /> <br /> ~r.?
