Council was previously provided notice of proposed adjustments on <br /> March 4, 2004. Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code specifies that copies of any administrative order <br /> setting or changing a fee which is likely to be $250.00 or greater be provided to the Mayor and City <br /> Council. <br /> The preliminary Administrative Order No. 58-04-04 was posted on March 5, 2004 at two locations at <br /> City Hall and was published in the Register Guard on March 7, 2004. Copies of the notice of intended <br /> charges were also mailed to interested persons who have requested such notice.
