NOTICE OF INTENDED RULEMAHING <br /> 4POSED AMENDMENT OF AIRPORT RULE 5.4.4.3(b) AND 7.9.2. <br /> NO ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 and <br /> 2.430 of th Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene, intends to amend Airport <br /> Rule 5.4.4. (b) and 7.9.2 to: <br /> Authorize an increase in the maximum capacity of fuel tanks for which self- <br /> ce fueling operators may secure permits from the Fire Marshal from 12,000 <br /> gall ns to 15,000 gallons; and correct references to ASTM Standards in Section 7.9.2. <br /> Ado tion of the proposed amendments is necessary in order to ensure that self-service fuel <br /> operators at a Eugene Airport enjoy the same competitive advantage as operators at other airports; <br /> and that req ' Standards are correctly referenced.
