ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-04-11-F <br /> of the <br /> City Manager <br /> AME DMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-03-07-F <br /> REG ING AIRPORT RULE 5.4.4.3(B) AND 7.9.2. <br /> The C ty Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 and 2.430 ofthe Eugene Code, <br /> 1971, Rules governing the Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport ("Airport Rules") were adopted by <br /> Administrativ Order No. 58-03-07-F on May 9, 2003. <br /> B. Pursuant to that authority and based on the findings contained in Administrative <br /> Order No. 58 04-11 issued on March 22, 2004, I notified the Mayor and City Councilors that I <br /> proposed to end Section 5.4.4.3(b) of the Airport Rule to allow self-service fueling operators at <br /> the Eugene rport to fuel tanks with a maximum capacity of 15,000 gallons, and amend Section <br /> 7.9.2 of the rport Rules to correct references to ASTM standards. <br /> C. Notice of the proposed amendments was also given by making copies available to <br /> any person o had requested such notice and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a <br /> newspaper of eneral circulation within the City for five consecutive days, to wit: Mazch 29, 30, 31, <br /> April 1 and pri12, 2004. The Notice provided that written comments would be received for a <br /> period of 15 ys from the date of the first publication. No comments were received within the time <br /> or in them er provided in the notice. <br /> Base upon the above findings, which are hereby adopted, and pursuant to the authority <br /> contained in ections 2.019 and 2.430 of the Eugene Code, 1971, I hereby adopt the following <br /> amendments o Section 5.4.4.3(b) and 7.9.2 of the Airport Rules as noted above: <br /> RULES GOVERNING USE OF MAHLON SWEET AIRPORT <br /> 5. RUL S DF LIMITED APPLICABILITY. <br /> 5.4 Fueling Aircraft. <br /> 5.4.4 Self-Service Fueling. <br /> 5.4.4.3 Self-Service Fueling, Facilities.
