The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, are the fees to be chazged for the <br /> services described therein as of the effective date of this order. <br /> 2. The unamended fees in Administrative Order Nos. 58-04-O1-F and 58-04-10-F <br /> <br /> remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into the new fee schedule. <br /> 3.
