I find that adoption of the Stormwater Management Manual as hereinafter set forth is <br /> necessary in~~order to provide direction in meeting the requirements of the Eugene Code, 1971 and is <br /> consistent with the goal set forth in EC 9.6790. <br /> Novvj, therefore, based on the above findings, and the legislative findings attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A, v~hich are adopted in support of this Administrative Order, I hereby propose to adopt the <br /> following: <br /> I, <br /> 1. The Storwmater Management Manual, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> I B. <br /> ~I <br /> 2. ' The Stormwater Management Manual Appendix A is included for informational <br /> purposes only, and is not proposed for adoption by this Administrative Order. <br /> j i Public notice of this proposed adoption of the Stormwater Management Manual shall be <br /> given by making copies thereof available to any person who has requested such notice and by <br /> publication hereof in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City for at <br /> least five cotasecutive days, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 30 days to <br /> submit data q~r comments thereon.
