Based upon the above findings and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58- <br /> 06-07, and er investigating the amount charged for such use in the past; comparable amounts <br /> or rates char ed by other airports; the amounts or rates and other municipal benefits agreed to by <br /> comparable rs of the airport in a contract, lease, or permit; and, the revenue needs of the <br /> airport, I ha a determined that the Airport Fee Schedule should be amended as proposed, the <br /> unamended ees ratified and affirmed, and the Airport Fee Schedule as set forth in its entirety in <br /> the attached Exhibit A should be established as the fees to be chazged for the described services <br /> and Admini trative Order No. 58-OS-OS-F be repealed. <br /> On t e basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Except as set forth in Section 2 below, the fees set forth in Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto, are a fees to be charged for the described services as of the effective date of this Order. <br /> 2. ~ Notwithstanding the effective date of this Order, the Customer Facility Charge for <br /> Caz Rentals set forth in Section 8 of the Airport Fee Schedule shall not be unposed or collected <br /> until Augus~ 1, 2006. <br /> 3. I Administrative Order No. 58-OS-OS-F is repealed as of the effective date of this <br /> j Order. <br /> 4. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
