Copies of the Notice and proposed inflationary adjustment be provided to the <br /> Mayor and City Councilors and to persons who have requested .such notice, posted at two <br /> locations at City Hall, published in the Register-Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within <br /> the City, d be made available for inspection by interested persons at the office of the City <br /> Engineer, ublic Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, during normal <br /> business ho rs (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> 2. All persons wanting to comment on the proposed inflationary adjustment shall <br /> submit wri en comments as directed in the Notice.
