Attachment B <br /> NO ICE OF INTENDED INFLATIONARY ADJUSTMENT OF SYSTEMS <br /> DE ELOPMENT CHARGES FOR LOCAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM, <br /> ST RMWATER SYSTEM, AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> ~ NO ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to <br /> amend po ons of the Systems Development Charges established. by Administrative Order No. <br /> 58-06-02-F and Resolution No. 4883, by implementing a 3.1% inflationary increase to the local <br /> wastewater ystem, stormwater system, and transportation system, effective Apri13, 2007, as set <br /> forth in Att chment 1 to this Notice. <br /> The proposed inflationary adjustment is based on the national 20-city average <br /> Constructio Cost Index as published by the Engineering News-Record, is consistent with <br /> adopted pol cies of the City; authorized by Section 7.710(5) of the Eugene Code, 1971, and is in <br /> conformity 'th applicable state law. <br /> Pers ns desiring to comment on the proposed adjustments shall submit written comments <br /> to the City ngineer, Public Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within <br /> 15 days fro the date~of publication and posting as indicated below. After the expiration of the <br /> comment p 'od, the City Manager will adopt the increases as proposed, or as modified in <br /> response to the comments received and repeal Administrative Order No. 58-06-02-F. In <br /> addition, as a "housekeeping" matter, Administrative Order No. 58-04-04-F, which adopted <br /> inflationary adjustments in 2004, but has since been superceeded by resolution, will also be <br /> repealed.
