The volunteer project is part of a larger effort to increase the number of <br /> pieople using G (den Gardens Park for safe recreational activities. The 46-acre natural area park is <br /> Igcated in Euge 's Bethel neighborhood, at the intersection of Golden Gardens Street and Jessen Drive, <br /> north of Barger rive. <br /> The 8'~ grade st dents from Prairie Mountain were classmates of Nick Davis, one of the two young boys <br /> vtho drowned in he park last June. Jenny Sink, a Teacher at Prairie Mountain School says, "Our kids <br /> Ibved Nick and y doing this they are remembering their friend and helping make the park safer." The <br /> trail will be kno n as the Davis Trail. <br /> <br />
