Storm drainage from transportation and building improvements will be <br />connected to an existing storm drain system that does dischazge into the Willamette river. The design of the storm drain improvements will inchuie the use of best management <br />practices, BMP's to pretreat runoff. The City of Eugene is currently formulating a design manual for Storm Water BMP's.
