10. GIS -EWEB role -future participation expectations. There is uncertainly as to whether EWEB will remain either a full or partial partner in the long term. They are currently at a 50% contribution level. 9/2001 Update: There is some recent suggestion that EWEB plans to convert their GIS to the coordinate system used by all other regional GIS partners, subject to funding the effort. This would greatly improve data sharing potential and efficiency and should be encourage and support by the City. Another recent issue was a question as to whether EWEB should receive aerial photography and derived map products, such as contours, from the City at no charge. City utility billing system -implementation -ongoing need for EWEB water usage records.
