gy <br />and value of certified, non-certified and exempt projects, and the level of performance of certified and <br />non-certified projects. <br />In terms of the City's existing building inventory, the primary goal of the sustainable building policy is <br />the overall improvement of the performance of buildings, and secondarily the certification of individual <br />.buildings where practicable. The evaluation and reporting team would be charged with developing a tool <br />to evaluate the. current status of the City's buildings in relation to the LEED-EB prerequisites and criteria. <br />This evaluation would provide aninventory-wide baseline that would assist City Departments in <br />determining what LEED criteria any specific building meets or needs improve ent, which improvements <br />may have the most potential for environmental and economic returns, and th omic and practical <br />feasibility of certification in the future.
