'and Supervisors become mentors. <br /> After all forms and mentor Division Mentorship Drafts an e-mail to be sent by <br /> lists have been updated and Coordinator Division Manager soliciting <br /> after discussions have started new mentors and attaching all <br /> to encourage staff documents relating to <br /> involvement in mentorship... mentorship. (Program <br /> description, application, etc.) E- <br /> mail to specify, check with <br /> supervisor before attending. <br /> Staff interested in being mentors <br /> will need to notify DMC. <br /> After list of new interested. Division Mentorship Creates a meeting opportunity <br /> mentors has been compiled... Coordinator requiring past active mentors, <br /> new potential mentors, and <br /> Division Manager. Supervisors <br /> (1 X a year or more....) of interested mentors are invited <br /> to attend as well. This meeting <br /> is for those considering being a <br /> mentor, for questions and <br /> answers about the mentorship <br /> program. New mentors will still <br /> need to meet 1:1 w/Division <br /> Manager? <br /> After new mentor list is Division Mentorship Creates new list of available <br /> approved by Division Coordinator Mentors and sends out to <br /> Manager & affected supervisors with a reminder to <br /> supervisors... assign all new employees and <br /> transfer employees a mentor. <br /> Prior to issuance of a job Supervisor Must assign new employee a <br /> offer letter... mentor match prior to start of <br /> employment. <br /> Once the mentorship period is Mentor, Mentoree, & Fill out mentorship program <br /> completed Supervisor of Mentoree evaluation <br /> <br /> Annually, typically in January Division Mentorship Responsible to ensure surveys <br /> Coordinator are completed and annually <br /> compiled.
