The applicant requests a Willamette Greenway permit for habitat restoration <br /> and passive recreation improvements, including the creation of connections <br /> between the Delta Ponds and the Willamette River via culverts and removal <br /> of swales; removal ofnon-native plant materials and replanting with native. <br /> riparian plant species; and the provision of two paved parking lots with <br /> interpretive viewing areas, a separate interpretive viewing area, three <br /> pedestrian bridges, and approximately 8,250 linear feet of gravel trails.
