Council requested a work session on the NAIAP before-the $100,000 was spent. The <br /> Neighborhood Matching Grants and Telecomm projects did not include funding for staff. <br /> Neighborhood Services does not have the staff to adequately support the rollout of the <br /> NAIAP to the associations, implement the,Neighborhood Matching Grants and the <br /> Telecomm project, and maintain current service levels to the Associations. Staff has <br /> completed a service satisfaction/gap analysis with the Neighborhood Leaders. Results <br /> show that 13 are Very Satisfied, 3 Satisfied, and 1 Dissatisfied with overall service.
