We are currently <br /> still in negotiations with VoiceStream. They had made a decision not to pursue the project and now they have decided <br /> maybe they'll pursue the project. A year ago, the amount we were asking was $13,200 annually with 3% annual increases. <br /> <br /> That rate was based on a rate that was negotiated with Cricket for the same site, but then Cricket pulled out. The original <br /> rate was calculated with Pam Berrian, Tim Rhay and either Johnny or Jeff, but it was years ago, even before my blue <br /> hair. My understanding from Pam was that we had some sort of legal obligation to keep it at the same rate, not higher or <br /> lower.
