Other projects are scheduled <br /> throughout the summer. The work party runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with most Rotary Club <br /> members enco raged to arrive between 10 a.m. and noon. <br /> Saturda 's activities mark the start of the Delta Rotary Club's three-year beautification <br /> plan for Owen ose Garden. The beautification plan fits in with the garden master plan <br /> developed with the assistance of the Eugene Rose Society and adopted by the City. A University <br /> of Oregon land cape architecture class currently is working on the design for a pergola (trellis <br /> structure) sche uled to be erected this fall.
