Nuisance conditions <br /> include: trees shrubs and other vegetation that obstructs streets, alleys, and sidewalks or that <br /> ~ blocks vision at street and alley intersections. If a violation is found on developed property, the owner is notified by <br /> I <br /> letter and has 10 days to correct the problem. <br /> If a p operty owner does not correct a violation, the City will hire a contractor to mow or <br /> remove then isance, and the costs will be billed to the roe owner.
