The <br /> pry gram is funded ith revenue received through monthly wastewater user fees. Crews from the <br /> E gene Public Wo ks Maintenance Division on June 21 began injecting smoke and looking for tell- <br /> take leaks and cros -connections in the area generally bounded by Interstate-105, the Willamette <br /> Rilver, Interstate-5 nd the north city limits.
