Anine-member pool renovation project <br /> c mittee has bee meeting since early May to develop concepts for designing and operating the new <br /> Amazon facility. a committee includes City aquatics and facility management staff and <br /> representatives fro RobertsonlSherwood/Architects PC, the architectural consulting firm selected to <br /> deign the pool ren vation project. <br /> The conce ual design to be presented on July 27 includes a new 50-meter pool with diving <br /> I <br /> b rds, renovation f the existing beginner pool, a new shallow-water multipurpose pool, new decks, <br /> fe cing and sand pl y area, expansion of the bathhouse, a new concessions building, and approximately <br /> 75 additional parki g spaces. <br /> Comments eceived from the public at the July 27 meeting will be used to make adjustments in <br /> th plans, and new rawings will be presented at a second public session in the fall.
