Completion is anticipated this <br /> c nstruction seas n, weather permitting. <br /> Delta San & Gravel was awarded the City of Eugene contract to widen the existing two- <br /> 1 e section of st 11`h to a four-lane highway with a center median and protected turn pockets. <br /> The job also incl des building sidewalks along both sides of the highway, planting trees and <br /> other landscapin along the right-of--way and in the center median areas, and installing a new <br /> t~affic signal at t e intersection of West 11 `h and Terry Street to serve the growing industrial area <br /> n rth of the high ay. <br /> At least o e travel lane in each direction will be kept open during construction. Motorists <br /> s ould be on the ookout for flaggers and reduced speeds in the work area, and the use of <br /> a ternate routes i recommended.
