The Council meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. <br /> I <br /> ' in the Council hamber at Eugene City Hall, 777 Pearl Street. <br /> The CI is updated every two years to forecast the City's capital needs in five general <br /> categories: ai ort, building and park facilities, stormwater, transportation, and wastewater. The <br /> draft CIP for fi cal years 2000 through 2005 was distributed for public review in December.
