Access will be maintained for local traffic during the daytime paving operation. <br /> I-~ow~ver, motorists may encounter construction-related delays and detours and are encouraged to <br /> u~e alternate routes if possible. <br /> I <br /> I Barger remains closed to through traffic from Terry Street to Greenhill Road. The <br /> s ctian of Barger from Ohio to Greenhill is in very rough condition and is closed to all traffic. <br /> T o~tgh traffic can use Royal Avenue, Clear Lake Road, or West 11'h Avenue as alternate routes. <br /> Work on the $4 million Barger improvement project began in late April and is on <br /> 's edule to be substantially completed by the start of school in early September.
