Andersen was elected in <br /> II September as environmental director-at-large for the 25,000-member association. <br /> Andersen has 25 ears ex erience in the field of public works, including 14 years as <br /> Y p <br /> public works director for the City of Eugene. She has been a member of APWA since 1979 and <br /> II has served on numerous APWA task forces and committees, including the Institute for Water <br /> I!
