The project <br /> involves painti g a f sh stencil near storm drains to remind passersby that pollutants that enter <br /> storm drains fl w directly to local waterways like the Willamette River, Amazon Creek ar~d Fern <br /> Ridge Reservo <br /> The- Ci 's Public Works Department provides all materials and supplies -you supply <br /> the energy and gybe an adult to help you out. Door hangers are also provided to place on <br /> neighbors' doo with educational information that explains the stencil's purpose.
