On an average day, 12,000 vehicles travel on <br /> West 13th be een Madison and Jefferson, according to a 1997 count taken by the Eugene <br /> i <br /> Public Works epartment. <br /> i <br /> ~ Traffic signals, signage and pavement markings will be in place to indicate proper traffic <br /> I <br /> movements. I general, for eastbound traffic on 13th Avenue east of Madison, vehicles in the <br /> northernmost (eft) lane will be required to turn north (left) onto Washington Street. Vehicles in <br /> the center lane 'll be allowed to continue east on 13th or turn north onto Washington.
