The existing top layer of <br /> paving on lOt Avenue will be ground off, curbing will be repaired as necessary, two accessible <br /> parking bays 'll be added between Willamette and Oak, and the street will be resurfaced with <br /> new paving. <br /> Crews om Wildish Construction began moving underground utilities and doing other <br /> preparatory w rk earlier this month. Construction is scheduled to be completed by September <br /> 15, in time for e Eugene Celebration.
