During paving, East 24th will <br /> ~e closed to thr ugh traffic, and local traffic may encounter delays of up to 15 minutes. <br /> On We esday, a new signal will be installed at the intersection of East 24th and Hilyard. <br /> he new signal 'll provide protected left turns for northbound and southbound vehicles turning <br /> om Hilyard ono 24th.
