For <br /> ~ow, the gate wi 1 be reopened in the morning, allowing daytime access to the top of the butte. <br /> A numb of ongoing problems led to an announcement last week that access to the butte <br /> would be limite effective March 21. Those problems include deterioration of the access road, <br /> evere erosion c used by off-road vehicles, vandalism, graffiti, litter, and criminal activity in the <br /> arking lot at th top of the butte.
