Some finish work, particularly landscaping, is weather dependent <br /> I~ and may requi a additional time to com fete. <br /> p <br /> A cere ony is currently being planned to dedicate the overpass and recognize the many <br /> ~I <br /> partnerships at led to its successful completion. Among those who offered ideas, interest, and <br /> support to the roject are the Jefferson Area Neighbors and the Friendly Area Neighbors, <br /> Patterson Ele entary and Jefferson Middle schools, and local bicycling groups. <br /> The da a and time of the dedication ceremony is still pending.
