The <br /> publicatio will also be the focus of discussions at community forums scheduled November 19, <br /> 20 and 21. <br /> Th survey and forums are the culminating activity of the City of Eugene's growth <br /> ~ managem nt study. Called SHAPING EUGENE'S FUTURE, the study started last December with <br /> communit forums and mailed surveys asking people to describe their concerns about growth.
