Bonnie Gee Yosick of <br /> Portland's Leland Consulting Group will address this topic on Thursday, June 13, in the fourth <br /> and final presentation in the City of Eugene's growth management spring speaker series. Ms. <br /> Gee Yosick will be standing in for Ed Starkie, of the same firm, who had been scheduled to give <br /> the talk. <br /> Ms. Gee Yosick's presentation, "Overcoming Obstacles to Financing Neo-Traditional <br /> Deveiopment," will outline amarket-based understanding of the forces currently acting on <br /> growth management, and will suggest how development proposals might be presented to lenders <br /> in order to overcome new obstacles. <br /> Ms. Gee Yosick has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Wellesley and a Master's in <br /> Business Administration from Boston University.
