The work will include adding a dedicated turn lane <br /> to Willow Creek Road from west bound West 11th Avenue. The signal is expected to be <br /> operational by early September and will remain in place until Willow Creek Road is realigned <br /> with Danebo during the next construction season. <br /> Flaggers will be intermittently closing one lane of West 11th between 9:00 a.m, and 3 :00 <br /> p.m. daily to facilitate construction. <br /> In addition, sections of West 18th continue to be closed throughout this week.
