The state-approved traffic control plan requires that <br /> lanes be kept open between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m. <br /> The signal installation completes an interim project to widen West 1 lth Avenue at <br /> Willow Creek Road and provide alert-turn lane for trucks and other vehicles bound for the <br /> Hyundai plant on Willow Creek. The widening and signalization being done by Hyundai and <br /> inspected by the City of Eugene is intended to make the intersection safer until Willow Creek <br /> Road is realigned with Danebo Avenue and West 11th Avenue is widened west of Beltline Road. <br /> That work tentatively is scheduled for 1997. <br /> For up-to-date information on construction activities in Eugene, call the City's traffic <br /> relief hotline at 984-8484. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br />
