Most of the work <br /> will be done at night, and flaggers will direct traffic at major intersections. <br /> Work hours are 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. At least one of traffic will be maintained in each <br /> direction on West 11th, and intersections and driveways will be kept open except for brief <br /> periods when construction equipment is in an intersection or in front of a driveway. <br /> Traffic signals will not operate on a normal cycle during the construction project, and <br /> motorists are asked to be extra-cautious when flaggers and other construction workers are in the <br /> roadway.
