The new wastewater collection system will also include a pump <br /> station currently being constructed at the west end of Crimson Avenue. <br /> <br /> . ~rr? <br /> The expanded systems will provide service to homes currently under construction in that <br /> area of the city, and will include capacity to accommodate new development. Properties in the north <br /> Gilham area thjat are outside the city will not receive service because they are not eligible to receive <br /> urban services ~'~,such as wastewater and stormwater collection unless they annex to the city. <br /> Costs df the project will be paid from systems development charges collected from new <br /> development tp pay for expanded service systems, and from sewer funds and assessments to <br /> benefiting prolDerty owners. <br /> H&J Coonstruction was awarded the contract for the project, which is expected to take several <br /> months to comjplete. Detours and delays are likely while construction is taking place on Gilham and <br /> Ayres roads, ahd motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes. Local access will be provided to <br /> homes in the construction area. Information on the project will be included on the City's traffic <br /> relief hotline, 984-8484. <br /> <br />
