i I <br /> <br /> ~ i <br /> News Release BRUSH DISPOSAL <br /> March 1, 1996 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The sites are located at: <br /> • The west end of the Public Works Maintenance Yard, 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard <br /> • The east half of the parking lot at Amazon ballfield, 24th Avenue and Amazon <br /> Parkway. <br /> Only brushy material resulting from the snow storm will be accepted at the City-operated <br /> ICI sites. Lawn cli in s stum s and other debris will not be acce ted. The sites will be marked so <br /> PP g, p, P <br /> people can see where to dump. Commercial tree companies, landscapers, and non-Eugene <br /> residents are not allowed to dum at the sites and should dis ose of their material at a <br /> P P <br /> ''i commercial recycler. Brush collected at the City sites will be hauled to a commercial recycler, <br /> where it will be chipped and recycled as mulch material. <br /> Local residents are responsible for moving all brush from their property to a disposal site. <br /> Questions about trimming damaged limbs or removing hazard trees on private property should be <br /> directed to a private tree service.
