Commercial tree companies, landscapers, and non-Eugene <br /> residents are not allowed to dum at the sites and should dis ose of their material at a <br /> P P <br /> ''i commercial recycler. Brush collected at the City sites will be hauled to a commercial recycler, <br /> where it will be chipped and recycled as mulch material. <br /> Local residents are responsible for moving all brush from their property to a disposal site. <br /> Questions about trimming damaged limbs or removing hazard trees on private property should be <br /> directed to a private tree service.
