With more and more people taking the <br /> opportunity of lower fares and easier connections, it looks like the Eugene Airport will <br /> enjoy a large number of travelers, so we'd like to offer the following travel tips: <br /> 1. Purchase and pick-up your ticket ahead of time either through your local <br /> travel agent or your airline. It's better not to wait until your scheduled <br /> date of departure. <br /> 2 Arrive at the airport an hour to an hour and a half before departure. <br /> Remember: Tickets are canceled and seats are given away approximately <br /> 15 minutes prior to departure. It's important that you plan to amve and <br /> check-in ahead of time. <br /> 3. Malce sure you have picture identification. <br /> 4. Pack smart. Check very little or no luggage, use carry-ons. This will <br /> reduce the congestion at the baggage claim area. <br /> 5. Parking is $5.00/day to a maximum of $25.00/week. Shuttle service <br /> is available between the overflow lot and the terminal. <br /> We're expecting a lot of traffic at the airport, and want to thank everyone ahead of <br /> time for their cooperation.
