This is <br /> likely to ca a extreme congestion in the area, and motorists are encouraged to avoid driving <br /> through this section and use alternate routes such as Royal Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, or <br /> ~Ii Highway 99 <br /> The 15.3 million Beltline project began last March and is scheduled to be completed in <br /> 1997.
