Effective today, Willamette Street is temporarily closed to northbound <br /> traffic betwee 24th Avenue and 19th Avenue while the badly deteriorated section of <br /> Willamette St eet is being resurfaced. The resurfacing work is scheduled to be completed by <br /> August 18. uring construction, northbound traffic is being detoured onto Amazon Parkway. <br /> At 19t Avenue, northbound traffic on Amazon Parkway can turn east and use High <br /> Street or west and use Oak Street to continue northbound. Northbound traffic on Amazon <br /> Parkway Cann t go straight at 19th Avenue and enter Pearl Street, which is a one-way street <br /> for southboun traffic. <br /> Motori is in the vicinity of Oak Street and 19th Avenue should be aware that Oak <br /> Street betwee 19th and 20th has temporarily been converted to a two-way street.
