Effective today, Willamette Street is temporarily closed to northbound <br /> traffic betwee 24th Avenue and 19th Avenue while the badly deteriorated section of <br /> Willamette St eet is being resurfaced. The resurfacing work is scheduled to be completed by <br /> August 18. uring construction, northbound traffic is being detoured onto Amazon Parkway. <br /> At 19t Avenue, northbound traffic on Amazon Parkway can turn east and use High <br /> Street or west and use Oak Street to continue northbound.
