That's enough leaves to fill 2,700 dump trucks. To <br /> make the best use of a valuable resource and to keep program <br /> costs under control, this year's leaf program is placing a stronger <br /> emphasis on recycling leaves as garden compost and mulch <br /> material. You can see leaf recycling in action when the City <br /> delivers truck loads of leaves to local community gardens.
