Eastbound traffic (from Eugene to <br /> Springfield) will be allowed to cross the overpass, but delays are likely. Motorists, <br /> pedestrians, and bicycle riders are advised to use alternate routes if possible. <br /> The overpass widening project is scheduled to be completed later this month, weather <br /> <br /> i ermittin .
