Currently, residential stormwater and sanitary sewer charges are <br /> shown as a combined "sewer user charge" on monthly EWEB utility bills. Fees for <br /> commercial users are based on a customer's water meter size. <br /> The proposed rate structure will divide customers into three categories: small <br /> ' residential, medium residential, and general, which includes large residential and all <br /> commercial and industrial users. The proposed stormwater user fee for medium residential <br /> customers, (90 percent of all households), would be $6.66 a month or about a $2 increase a <br /> i <br /> month. <br /> ~ The City Council is proposing a local gas tax of approximately three cents a gallon on <br /> fuel sold within the Eugene city limits.
