The <br /> hearing egins at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 777 Pearl St. <br /> The',transportation strategies are detailed in a draft update of the <br /> Central Area Transportation Study (CATS). Copies of the draft update are <br /> availably at Public Works Transportation, 858 Pearl St.; City Manager's <br /> Office, ~77 Pearl St.; and the Permit and Information Center, 244 E. <br /> Broadway <br /> TheIICATS update includes a number of strategies and recommendations <br /> designed to increase the use of alternative modes of transportation such as <br /> <br /> walking, bicycling, carpooling, and public transit in the 175-block study <br /> area.
