During the daytime, <br /> access will be provided to businesses along West 11th although driveways may <br /> be moved r graveled. At least two lanes will be kept open during paving. <br /> Left turn will be prohibited in the immediate area of construction <br /> activitie to reduce the disruption to through traffic. <br /> West Fifth and West Seventh avenues have been designated as detour <br /> routes. es~tbound traffic on Highway 126 will be directed to take Broadway <br /> west at Garfield and follow detour signs on West Seventh to Bailey Hill and <br /> West llth Motorists also can use Seneca Road to access West Seventh and <br /> West Fifth. <br /> The final phase of the project will involve upgrading traffic signals <br /> and plant'ng street trees. The five existing signals between Garfield and <br /> Oakpatch i71 be replaced, and wiring will be installed for a possible future <br /> signal at West 11th and Wilson Street.
