Two signals will be placed on Delta Highway at the <br /> northbound fframp at Willagillespie Road and the southbound offramp at Goodpasture Island <br /> Road. The bird signal will be installed on Greenacres Road at the Delta Oaks shopping center. <br /> Alb ny Electric is scheduled to begin work Tuesday, September 6, on a $70,900 contract <br /> to install th traffic signal on Greenacres Road. The signal will be located approximately 1,000 <br /> feet cast of Delta Highway at the main driveways to Delta Oaks on the south side and the new <br /> Funire Sho and Home Depot stores on the north side. This project is being paid for directly by <br /> the busines es and by special business development fees. <br /> Lan z Electric of Eugene has been awarded two contracts totaling $198,500 to install the <br /> Delta High ~~ay signals at Willagillespie Road and Goodpasture Island Road. "The City of Eugene <br /> I <br /> and Lane ounty will split the cost of these two projects. Installation of the two signals will <br /> <br /> i <br /> occur this all even though specific dates have not yet been scheduled. <br /> Th traffic signal on Goodpasture Island Road will be located at the ramps on the west <br /> side of Dcl a Highway (near K-Mart). The project will also include installing street lights on the <br /> overpass a~ d at the east side Delta Highway ramps on Goodpasture Island Road. The signal on <br /> Willakcnzi Road will be placed just east of the overpass to Valley River Center. <br /> <br />
