The Stormwater Management Plan conforms to federal and state mandates, local goals <br /> i <br /> ~ and policie ,and meets the multiple objectives of flood control, water quality, and natural <br /> j resource pr tection related to stormwater conveyance. <br /> Thi streamlined wetland permit process will be in place as long as the city of Eugene <br /> i <br /> maintains i s leadership role in review and management of the west Eugene wetland resource. <br /> The city ill provide the Corps and the Division of State Lands with an annual report on <br /> the status permits and mitigation activities.
