New Public Works Video Looks at Eugene's Street Trees <br /> "Caring for Eugene's Street Trees" is the title of a new video from the Public Works <br /> Department The 11-minute video, produced in cooperation with L-COG'S Metro TV, <br /> provides an overview of the requirements needed to nurture and preserve the city's urban <br /> forest. The a requirements include planting, watering, and pruning street trees, and dealing <br /> with hazard us trees in the rights-of--way. The video also includes information about the <br /> NeighborW ods program. <br /> A captione copy of the video has been placed in the Council library. Copies also are <br /> available at the Eugene Public Library, or from the Public Works Department.
