News Rele a Franklin Boulevard Construction <br /> July 1, 1994 <br /> Page 2 <br /> To inimize inconvenience for motorists and businesses, much of the construction on <br /> Franklin Bo levard will be done between 7 p.m, and 6 a.m. Night work will include <br /> removing d replacing existing sewer lines, grinding off the existing top layer of pavement, <br /> and repavin the highway. At least one lane will be kept open in each direction during night <br /> constructio although motorists should expect delays and occasional detours. <br /> Duri g the daytime, construction activities will include working on traffic signals, <br /> ! cutting in s' nal loops, locating active sewer lines under the sidewalks on the north side of <br /> 3 Franklin B ulevard, and installing sewers on Kincaid Street off Franklin. The traffic signal <br /> ~ work will r quire some lane closures.
